BudgetTrim provides an all-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling.
With superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, BudgetTrim is the cost effective and time efficient solution to your roofing projects.
BudgetTrim consists of three (3) main components:

a durable steel roof sheet

a choice of four (4) insulated core options to suit the specific requirements of your project – Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC), Mineral Wool (MW) and DualCore (DC)

a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory
BudgetTrim comes with foam filled peaks – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.
The different alternative cores offer a high R-Values for thermal efficiency (over R4.5), excellent sound dampening properties and different Fire Ratings. A range of panel thicknesses are available from 50mm up to 200mm with superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, BudgetTrim helps you create the perfect outdoor lifestyle.
A range of panel thicknesses are available – from 50mm up to 200mm. Each increase in thickness offers greater spanning (over 8.5 metres) and insulating capabilities.
BudgetTrim-EPS-FR, BudgetTrim-DC and BudgetTrim-MW are all CodeMark approved. Please refer to the individual Certificate of Conformity certificates for the details.
BudgetTrim is ideal for properties located in South East Queensland including the Brisbane Northside, Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Redland, Warwick and Toowoomba.
With a low roof pitch of 2 degrees, BudgetTrim allows you to create expansive outdoor areas without reducing your headroom.
The BudgetTrim panel is 1 metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof.
BudgetTrim is available in an extensive range of roof colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. Please refer to our colour range chart and the warranty documents which details the roof selection. A smooth, white ceiling creates consistency and matches existing structures.
BudgetMax BudgetTrim is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market.
BudgetTrim is available with BudgetBeam.
